Our preferred approach to gathering contextual and cultural data is to spend time in conversation with the leaders, managers and team members of the business. Through these conversations we build a picture of the various environmental factors impacting your organisation and the subtleties unique to your culture, neither of which are necessarily evident in the results of employee surveys.
We will, of course, utilise other relevant existing data that might add to our understanding such as business plans, strategy documents, employee surveys, policy documents and staff handbooks.
After feeding back our contextual and cultural assessments we will then work with your organisation to agree a customised programme of interventions designed to achieve the agreed objectives. Regular checkpoints will ensure you remain in touch with programme developments and therefore able to agree modifications to the programme as and when necessary.
