Our aim is to leave a legacy of Reflective Capability.

Any time, any place.

Meaningful conversations can take place at any time and at any place in the organisation. Often they are associated with formal processes such as performance management appraisals but can also be seen the corridor conversations or canteen chatter. Our experience has shown that any interaction, whether formal or informal, is an opportunity for meaningful conversation.

In fact, whether planned or not, meaning is being created by individuals and between individuals all the time. It's what happens when human beings communicate.
